It’s called “The Seinfeld Strategy.” 😉
And it’s the same exact method he used to pump out non-stop content for his TV show and stand-up acts.
But here’s the best part: you can use this same strategy to stay consistent with the habits that reduce stress, boost energy, and help you lead stronger all year long.
How It Works:
- Get a calendar or create a spreadsheet. Something big enough to post on your wall works best.
- Every day you follow your plan, draw a big red X over the day.
- After a few days, you’ll see a chain start to build. It’ll get longer and longer with each passing day.
- Your goal: DON’T BREAK THE CHAIN!

Why it works: Creating space for awareness ensures your decisions align with long-term priorities and values. - Make a Focused Contribution to Your Vision: Take one action that directly supports your leadership vision—whether it’s strategizing, reviewing team goals, or delegating effectively to free up your time for what matters most.
Why it works: It’s not about doing everything—it’s about moving the needle where it matters most for yourself, your team, and your bottom line.
