I’m at a 3 day conference for cranial sacral certification with about 150 other people. I was out with a group of “health minded” folks and was amazed at all the fried foods that were ordered and devoured, “but it’s seafood, that’s healthy right?”
Folks, this is one of the WORST things you can be eating. If you want a potato, eat it… calamari, eat it… fish, eat it…but DON’T fry it!
It’s the cause of obesity, allergies, inflammation, oxidation and all these diseases are at an all time high. It’s not the sugar, it’s the fried saturated fats.
Most snack food has canola, soy, corn, sunflower…this is oxidizing your brain folks. It’s nasty stuff and you don’t want to be eating it.
we’ve got to get off the veggie oils folks and definitely NEVER eat your foods fried in them…
cutting that 1 thing out alone and you’ll drop extra weight, you’ll be less ill, your mind will work better…
you can do it!
